The contractor must provide all management, supervision, certified personnel, transportation, and necessary tools, while strictly following occupational health and safety regulations, including mandatory PPE issuance and training, and is prohibited from conducting any fueling operations on site. Any fuel or oil spills must be excavated 12 inches beyond the contaminated area and remediated in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The contractor must also comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and incorporate FAR clauses addressing subcontractor debarment, inverted domestic corporations, convicts labor, veteran and disability employment equity, and combating human trafficking.
