LEAD ABATEMENT TRAINING

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is seeking an accredited provider to deliver lead abatement training for the Bureau of Environmental Epidemiology and the Bureau of Environmental Health Regulation and Licensure. This Blanket Purchase Agreement, under solicitation IFB DHSS 0000000050SL, covers initial and refresher courses for Lead Abatement Supervisors, Lead Inspectors, and Risk Assessors, as well as Renovation, Repair, and Painting lead-safe work practices. Training may be conducted as group sessions at the Department's Jefferson City central office or as individual enrollments at other approved locations. The contract period is established from March 25, 2027, through March 24, 2028. Bids are due by October 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time and must be submitted electronically via MissouriBUYS. The award will be granted to the lowest and best bid based on a 200-point evaluation system split equally between cost and technical components, with bonus points available for Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises and Organizations for the Blind or Sheltered Workshops. Vendors must provide firm, fixed pricing and comply with various state statutory requirements, including E-Verify participation and Missouri tax compliance. Payments are processed monthly via Electronic Funds Transfer with a 30-day payment term upon receipt of a valid itemized invoice.
