Leadership Reaction Course, NH Air National Guard, Pembroke NH

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a set aside for certified small business contractors for the Leadership Reaction Course project, to be located on the New Hampshire Army National Guard campus in Pembroke, New Hampshire. The NAICS code for the work described below is 238130 (Size Standard $15.0 Million). The project is planned to be issued in July 2019, and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The construction will extend over a two-month period occurring in the spring of 2020. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Any responsible source meeting this standard may submit a bid to be considered by the New England District. This project has the following major components. - Conduct clearing and grubbing activities on part of the site. - Conduct grading activities to make the site level. - Construct a Leadership Reaction Course, consisting of a centralized structure with 12 separate bays separated by 10-foot high timber walls, arranged in a double row with a central spine down the middle. - The obstacles to be constructed will consist of various elements such as vertical poles embedded into the ground, walls and other timber elements to form the scenarios. - Construct an elevated catwalk along the central spine to allow instructors/observers/safety personnel to observe personnel in all bays. - Construct a separate lockable timber shed to store the accessories (planks, ropes, barrels, etc.) in. - Construct a chain link fence with a vehicle door and two man-doors to surround the structures. - Construct a gravel drive surrounding the structures, inside of the fence. This is not a request for proposals at this time; the solicitation requirements and contract documents which will include instructions for submission and the response date will be available on or about July 2019.
