J&A Sole Source Notification: The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Transatlantic Division (CETAD), 201 Prince Frederick Drive, Winchester, VA 22602 has a need to enter into a new lease agreement of residential property located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The CETAD intends to award a lease which includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option years with the period of performance estimated to begin in December 2021 through December 2026, if all options are exercised. Due to the increased Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) and Operations Security (OPSEC) regulatory requirements, the agency will award using the authority under FAR Part 6.302-1 Exception � Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The Acquisition supports the Ministry of the National Guard�s Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. The lease will be fully funded by Title 22, FMS fund sources.
