You MUST have an active offer under the 07 Series SFOs (07-014 (DC), 07-015 (MD), and 07-016 (VA)) in order to be considered for lease award. REQUIREMENTS: The AAAP is a new web application enabling the electronic offering of building space for lease to the Federal Government. This web application is located at the following internet address: http://aaap.ncr.gsa.gov.
