UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Expressions of Interest South Burlington, Vermont The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in South Burlington, Vermont that will be expiring. The Government desires to lease first class Office Space yielding a minimum of 983 ABOA square feet in South Burlington, Vermont, within the following delineated area: West: Old Farms Road/Airport Drive, from Williston Road to Kimball Avenue, North: Williston Road/Industrial Avenue/Mountain View Road, from Old Farms Road/Airport Drive on the west, to Old Stage Road on the east. East: Old Stage Road, from Mountain View Road to Williston Road. South: Kimball Avenue/Marshall Avenue/Maple Tree Place/Williston Road, from Old Farms Road/Airport Drive to Old Stage Road. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
