The required lease term is for at least (5) years but no more than ten (10) years with a 90 day termination clause by the Government. Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction. The space offered must be altered to meet the Government's requirements, must be fully serviced, accessible to persons with disabilities in accordance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS), and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1) Building name and address; and 2) rate per square feet.
