Scope: The County of Imperial is soliciting proposals from interested parties for leasing of the County-owned real property located at 450 W. Aten Road, Imperial, CA, consisting of a 65,315 square foot warehouse facility and improvements, pursuant to Resolution No. 2026-096 and Government Code requirements. Interested parties are encouraged to review all solicitation documents, including the Notice Inviting Proposals, Form of Lease Agreement, and Form of Guaranty of Lease Agreement.

Written and oral Lease Proposals will be considered by the Board of Supervisors at its June 16, 2026, meeting through a scheduled 11:00 am Public Hearing.
