The Roseville Housing Trust is soliciting proposals under solicitation RHT-RFP-2026-02 for comprehensive property management services for an 88-unit senior residential apartment community in Texas. The contractor must ensure strict compliance with the Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Trust's Declaration of Restrictions. Financial deliverables include monthly statements of receipts and disbursements due by the 15th of each month, with any expenditure exceeding 3,000 dollars requiring prior written authorization from the Director of Finance or the Board of Trustees. The contract features an initial three-year term with the possibility of two additional one-year renewal options based on performance evaluations. Award selection is based on best overall value rather than price alone, with evaluation weights heavily favoring qualifications in nonprofit and senior housing management (20%) and the technical approach to service delivery (20%). Proposers must submit their bids via the Beacon Bids portal by November 17, 2026. The required fee proposal must detail management fees, leasing services, and other ancillary charges. The General Services Administration is seeking a fully serviced lease for laboratory and office space within the city limits of Lincoln, Nebraska. The required area ranges between 11,050 and 12,707 ABOA square feet, with an approximate split of 50 percent laboratory and 50 percent office or storage space. The lease terms include a full term of 10 years with a firm term of 5 years and a requirement for one reserved parking space. To be considered, the facility must meet specific government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic stability, and sustainability, and it must not be located within a 100 year flood plain. The government is evaluating alternative spaces to determine if relocating is more economically advantageous than pursuing a sole source acquisition of its current expiring lease. Interested parties must submit expressions of interest by January 21, 2013, providing detailed information on building ownership, availability, rental rates, tenant improvements, and existing security features. The final decision to relocate will depend on the availability of suitable space and the associated costs of moving, including IT infrastructure, security replication, and potential agency downtime.
