The United States Government seeks to lease Office consisting of approximately 6092 rentable square feet in GREEN BAY, WI within the following delineated area: The Central Business District of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The space should yield between 5297 to 5297 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for 8 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 5 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Specific requirements will be taken into consideration for the procurment of this lease. For the security and safety of employees, office space collocated with Federal, State and Local government agencies or private firms whose primary clienteles are involved in or have ties to criminal elements will not be considered. In addition, office space located near daycare centers, churches or schools will eliminated from considerations. Since the United States Government already occupies space within the delineated area, move costs will be considered with all solicitations. Please note that the Government seeks existing commercial space and will only consider new construction as a last resort. The General Services Administration will not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions for this procurement.
