Lessors of Nonresidential Office Space

The U.S. Government is seeking information from potential lessors of nonresidential office space in Blue Springs, Missouri, as it prepares to vacate its current leased premises whose lease is set to expire. The agency requires approximately 2,050 square feet of space and is evaluating whether relocating to alternate facilities would be economically advantageous, taking into account relocation costs such as physical move expenses, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, and potential agency downtime.
