Lethbridge Polytechnic is inviting qualiﬁed Construction Management ﬁrms to submit proposals for the provision of Construction Management services for the Dental Assistant Certificate/Dental Hygiene program integrated in the same space, located at 3000 College Drive S. in Lethbridge, Alberta. The successful proponent will enter into an agreement with the Owner to provide pre-construction and construction-phase services.
Proponents shall provide: Proposal fixed fee for Pre-Construction Services Proposal Percentage Fee for Construction Phase Services Proof of Insurance: A letter from its insurer or insurance broker confirming the Proponent’s ability to obtain and maintain the insurance coverage required for the Project.
