Full Description
Proponents shall provide: Proposal fixed fee for Pre-Construction Services Proposal Percentage Fee for Construction Phase Services Proof of Insurance: A letter from its insurer or insurance broker confirming the Proponent’s ability to obtain and maintain the insurance coverage required for the Project. A current Certificate of Insurance evidencing existing coverage carried by the Proponent. All costs associated with travel, mileage, accommodations, meals, and per diem expenses for personnel assigned to the project shall be included within the fee.
