The Omaha Metropolitan Utilities District (the District) is seeking qualified contractors to submit letters of interest in bidding on a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) for construction of an AWWA D110, type 3, style 12 million gallon prestressed concrete tank as a finished water storage reservoir in compliance with approved plans and specifications.  Following the Letter of Interest process, Contractors the District determines to be qualified to perform the project will be given the opportunity to submit proposals through a CSP process.   
Contractors responding to this Letter of Interest (LOI) are responsible for carefully reading the information contained in the following criteria and submitting a complete LOI. Any incomplete LOI and/or LOI submitted beyond the closing date and time will be considered non-responsive and subject to rejection.
The intent of the District is to Pre-Qualify the Contractors who desire to submit Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) at a later date.
Only the pre-qualified firms determined from this process will be allowed to submit a CSP response. LOI must be submitted through the District’s electronic ProcureWare bidding platform https://mudomaha.procureware.comno later than the closing date and time.

Questions must be submitted via email no later than the date identified in Section I.B. Responses will be issued as addenda through ProcureWare to all registered firms.
