Project: RFP2027-06 Recreation Playground Replacement Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners
Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for a playground replacement at the recreation department.
Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk¿s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 PM (¿Local time¿), Thursday, October 1st, 2026. Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, October 1st, 2026. All proposals will be evaluated and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal opening. Barrow County Parks & Recreation will offer an on-site MANDATORY pre-proposal conference which will be held at a Barrow County Parks & Recreation Playground Site Location, 82 Maynard Street, Winder, GA 30680 on Friday, September 18th, 2026 at 10:00 am. Proposers MUST attend to be eligible to submit a Response
