RFP SPM5EC-13-R-0001 Due Date: JANUARY 15, 2013 This is a Firm Fixed priced contract. This procurement is for a quantity of 575 each. NSN: 5340-01-528-0908. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source United Technologies Inc. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304C(1). Item is Sole Source to United Technologies Inc. (77445) under part number 4087934-01 and it is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
