Le ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts, par le biais de la Direction générale de l’information géospatiale du Secteur de l’infrastructure foncière et de l’information géospatiale, requiert les services d’un prestataire de services dans le domaine des levés laser aéroporté (LiDAR). L’objectif de cet appel d’offres est d’octroyer un (1) contrat pour réaliser les levés laser aéroportés (lidar), le traitement et la classification des territoires situés dans la région du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. Celles-ci permettront ensuite de produire la géobase du réseau hydrographique du Québec à haute résolution. Les levés lidar doivent s’effectuer durant la période de feuillaison, sans neige au sol, ni crue des eaux. La période de prise de levés s’échelonne du 8 juin 2026 au 10 octobre 2026. Le contrat débutera à la date de signature pour se terminer le 30 septembre 2027, pour une durée prévue du contrat de 15 mois. Les travaux devront se réaliser dès la signature du contrat pour se terminer au plus tard le 5 février 2027. Le Ministère ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues, notamment lorsqu’il juge que les prix sont trop élevés ou disproportionnés ou ne reflètent pas un juste prix.
