Responses will be used to determine potential acquisition strategies, understand current market capabilities, and to gain knowledge of potential sources.

The Seattle District USACE anticipates a potential opportunity for the maintenance and repair for as many as 14 levees across five Washington State river basins: Nooksack, Skagit, Snoqualmie, Cedar and Green. Repairs are necessary before the next fall flood season and the target completion date for all work is 1 October 2026. If market conditions indicate this estimate may be unrealistic, respondents are encouraged to provide specific information (such as known equipment lead times or other timeline concerns) for Government consideration when responding to this Sources Sought Notice.
