AI Contract Overview
The project involves leveling and improving the drainage of the western yard area of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom brick home located in Atoka, Oklahoma, which currently retains standing water due to poor grading. The work requires using existing dirt from the old fence row on the west side of the property to fill and grade the low-lying area from south to north, with additional soil brought in as necessary to ensure proper slope and drainage. The finished grade must allow the tenant to easily maintain the area without water pooling, and sod must be installed upon completion. All exposed dirt must be covered to prevent erosion, and the entire area must be restored to a mowable condition. The contractor is responsible for all site preparation, line locates, permits, material calculations, waste removal, and cleanup. Work must comply with the 2019 International Residential Code and all applicable licensing requirements. The homeowner or property manager will determine all color selections. Contractors must visit the site prior to bidding; no change orders will be accepted for conditions that should have been identified during the site visit. Proposals must be submitted by August 13, 2026, and all inquiries should be directed to the Choctaw Nation Housing Authority Procurement Team.
