Origin, with inspection and acceptance performed at Sikorsky’s facility in Stratford, Connecticut, by the Defense Contract Management Agency. The government will not enforce certain standard FAR representations and certifications, including portions of 52.212-3 and 52.212-5, recognizing the commercial nature of the item and the non-competitive context. Packaging and marking must include the NSN, part number, CAGE code 78286, and solicitation number, and are subject to no specific MIL-STD or preservation standards beyond ensuring condition at DCMA inspection. The contract value remains undetermined as pricing data was redacted or left blank in the documentation, and the acquisition leverages an existing Basic Ordering Agreement, SPE4A1-22-G-0005.
