Description: The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC for their Leveraged Commentary & Data Research Services. The Government intends to make award for a base period of one year and one additional option year. Standard & Poor's LCD Research is the only source providing real time market information with extensive commentary on deal activities. The in-depth database has proven to be a timely and valuable asset for preparing risk assessments and support for Congressional testimony. The proprietary database provides a real time view of the leveraged lending market through a combination of data, analysis, and commentary. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by February 1, 2012 by 2:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention PWhite-GR. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
