Intent to Sole Source: The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Standard & Poor's Financial Services for their Leveraged Commentary & Data Research (LCD). The Government intends to make award for a base period of approximately 9 months with an ending date of 02-29-2012. Standard & Poor's LCD Research is the only source providing real time market information with extensive commentary on deal activities. The in-depth database has proven to be a timely and valuable asset for preparing risk assessments and support for Congressional testimony. The proprietary database provides a real-time view of the leveraged lending market through a combination of data, analysis, and commentary. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
