Levi’s Stadium Adult Changing Facility Project

The Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC has issued solicitation RFB-FY26-0101 for the expansion and renovation of an existing all-gender restroom on the Level 300 concourse of Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The project aims to create an Adult Changing Facility compliant with the California Building Code, requiring the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and project management. Scope of work includes demolition of existing walls and utilities, installation of new equipment, and necessary structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications. The contract duration is 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, though performance is subject to strict event blackout dates and constraints related to NFL and non-NFL games. Bids are due electronically by 3:00 p.m. PT on October 22, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the Total Bid Price of the base bid. Required submission documents include a bid guarantee of at least 10 percent of the total bid price, a non-collusion declaration, Iran Contracting Act certification, and a detailed list of subcontractors.
