Lewis County Water District #1 - Hampton Reservoir Replacement

CALL FOR BIDSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M., local time, on Thursday, October 15, 2026 for the Lewis County Water District #1 (District) Hampton Reservoir Replacement; Project No. 2202A. This project entails construction of a welded-steel drinking water reservoir, site improvements and approximately 1,850 linear feet of 12-inch water transmission main. Work also includes traffic control, chlorination building installation, industrial coating application, fencing, asphalt restoration, and miscellaneous appurtenances associated with water system work. The District reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the District is served. Contract documents and bid proposal forms must be obtained electronically through QuestCDN at www.questcdn.com. Interested parties may view the bidding documents at no cost prior to deciding to become a plan holder. To be considered a plan holder for bids, a contractor must register with QuestCDN.com. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District. This project is partially funded through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program with federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
