Lewis Road Mhrc

The County of Ventura Public Works Agency is soliciting bids for the Lewis Road MHRC project, located at 1732 South Lewis Road in Camarillo, California. This project involves the conversion of a two-story building into a 38-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center, featuring various additions, kitchen remodeling, and the construction of ADA-compliant restrooms, showers, ramps, and walkways. The scope of work includes comprehensive site utilities for water, sewer, and storm drainage, as well as mechanical and electrical installations.
