The Department of Defense, through the Hq Ussocom office in Tampa, Florida, is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice to identify qualified contractors capable of providing enterprise-wide Lexmark printer products, toner, supplies, maintenance, and related support services. The services sought include the supply of Lexmark printers and multifunction devices, OEM toner and parts, preventive and corrective maintenance, technical and warranty support, asset tracking and reporting, logistics support, and secure print release functionality integrated with each multifunction device. Firms interested in responding must submit a capability statement detailing company information, business size and socioeconomic status, Lexmark reseller or service provider authorization, relevant experience with Lexmark products and services, and examples of similar contracts from the past five years. They should also describe their capacity to support geographically dispersed operations and indicate interest in various contracting approaches such as single- or multiple-award IDIQs, Blanket Purchase Agreements, or task/delivery orders under existing government contracts. Responses, limited to five pages excluding attachments, must be submitted electronically by June 25, 2026, to the designated contracting officer.
