PMCP-SS_RFP

The purpose of this effort is to provide program and product management support, development, product improvement, training, testing, acquisition support, and other related management, technical and engineering support services to the SOF ATL PMCP in support of Counterproliferation (CP), Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIED), Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD), Multi-Mission Electron Countermeasures (MM-ECM), Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), and Counter Unmanned Systems (CUxS) missions.

To obtain access to the restricted RFP documents (Attachments 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 2, and 3), interested parties must request access by submitting a signed NDA. All signed NDAs shall be submitted via email to SOCOM.PMCP.SPTSVC.RFP.SHDMBX@socom.mil. Your email should include the company name and PMCPSS in the subject line.  Your attachment should be labeled NDA_CompanyName_CageCode. Prior to granting access, the government will verify that the contractor maintains a current NIST SP 800 171 DoD Assessment score of 110 posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Once the Government confirms a vendor can receive and safeguard CUI, the restricted documents will be available for review in the solicitation module of PIEE.
