Summary Description of Work: milling, excavating, paving, pavement markings, drainage systems, and related Work at Taxilane 0 and vicinity thereof at LaGuardia Airport, Queens, New York
This Contract contains the following Prerequisites:
A. The bidder must demonstrate the following:
1.) That the bidder has competed (or substantially completed) as a prime or general contractor at least two contracts of type, size and complexity comparable to the work of this Contract within an Air Operations Area (AOA) within the past ten years.
2.) That the bidder's full-time project manager and full-time Superintendent each have a minimum of five years of construction experience on contracts of type, size and complexity comparable to the work of this Contract within operating airport environment in areas within an active AOA.
