Sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk, 14400 Dix-Toledo Road, Southgate, Michigan until 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Thursday, September 17,2026 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for: Library Furniture Specifications are available online with the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info and on the City Website at www.SouthgateMI.gov . All bids must be plainly marked on the envelope, "Library Furniture”. The City of Southgate reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive defects in bidding in the best interest of the City.
