Library of Congress NAVCC - Digital/Analog Audio Equipment Repair

The Library of Congress is soliciting contractor support for the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and replacement of digital and analog audio playback/recording equipment at the National Audio-Visual Conservation Center in Culpeper, Virginia, under solicitation number 030ADV26Q0145. This combined synopsis/solicitation, issued under FAR Part 13, follows a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology and requires a firm fixed-price proposal for a base period from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four one-year options extending through August 31, 2030.
