The Potomac Center is a 62-licensed bed intermediate care facility (ICF) located in Hagerstown, MD, which serves developmentally disabled adults (18+) who are court ordered to the facility and may have co-existing mental disorders.Services are required on-site for twenty (20) hours per week, for a contract term of ten (10) months [44 weeks total], to begin on or around 12/10/25. The facility address is 1380 Marshall Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
