The City of Newburgh seeks the services of a NYS Licensed Land Surveyor and a NYS Licensed Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Firm to carry out the scope of services of Phase 1 – Site Survey & Analysis and Phase 2 – Design & Permitting, as outlined in the solicitation. The services include preparation of a land survey, engineering site and building design, regulatory approvals, preparation of bid documents, and bidding assistance for the construction of a new maintenance garage for the City of Newburgh Recreation Department located at 401 Washington Street, within the Delano-Hitch Recreation Park area. The objective of this RFP is to award the contract to the proposer that demonstrates the best value based on the results of the RFP scoring criteria. This RFP contains a request for professional services broken down into two phases.
