Lewis County is soliciting qualifications under solicitation 2026-RFQ-040 for a professional engineering firm to provide comprehensive design and engineering services for fire alarm systems. The project encompasses several County-owned facilities, including the IT Building, Historic Courthouse, Health Building, and Lewis County Jail. NAWCAD WOLF Identification Systems Technical Management Support Services RFO
Solicitation # N0042126R1023
Solicitation N0042126R1023 is a small business set-aside request for proposal issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division for Identification Systems Technical Management Support Services at the Webster Outlying Field. This firm-fixed-price level of effort task order, managed under the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract, covers a five-year period of performance consisting of one base year and four option years. The contract requires a hybrid work model with a mandate for three days of on-site performance per week at Patuxent River or St. Inigoes, Maryland. Award decisions are based on a non-price rating system where technical capabilities, evaluated through a sample task and key personnel resumes, and past performance are used to determine a highest evaluated threshold, with price serving as the final deciding factor among equal ratings. Contractors must comply with strict security standards, including NISPOM and CMMC requirements, and utilize the Wide Area WorkFlow system for electronic invoicing. Deliverables are managed through a formal Contract Data Requirements List, and performance is monitored via a systematic Contract Surveillance Plan and CPARS evaluations.
