Full Description

PURPOSE: To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Forklifts, Man Lifts and Scissor Lifts Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service on an as needed basis. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $50,000.00. This is an estimate of the needs of the City under this Agreement and are for bidding purposes only. This estimate is not to be construed as representing an actual order for that amount, or a guarantee that any minimum amount will actually be purchased. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The Agreement will be in effect from date of execution through 4/30/26. Any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified. Service work shall be done by properly trained and authorized service technicians. This will include preventative maintenance. All maintenance and repairs need to be performed onsite unless extensive repairs would mandate offsite work. Equipment is listed below, however, equipment maybe added or deleted during the term of the contract. Response time should be within 24 hours of request. If this is not possible please enter time frame in your notes. Please quote your normal hourly rate during normal business hours. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS: For each line please provide the unit cost as requested. These additional line items will be made available to the City at the pricing submitted through Indefinite Quantity Agreement expiration date. Any charges not specifically listed here will not be approved for payment, should a purchase order be awarded. See attached for a list of equipment.
