NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)
Title: Lift Station Replacement Project - Innisfail, AB Solicitation Number: M5000-23-5850/A
Description:
This project will require the decommissioning of the current lift station at a government facility located south of Innisfail Alberta. This includes the removal and disposal of the current lift station equipment, as noted in the construction documents, as well as constructing a 2500mm x 1500mm pre-fabricated metal building, concrete pad, installing 1800mm diameter service pit, all associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical required for the station to service the site and tie into the existing septic field.
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by November 30, 2024.
This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.
