NAVAIR intends to award a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-15-G-0026 to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), Melbourne, Florida (FL) for Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and logistics tasks as part of the integration of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System Joint Tactical Radio System Concurrent Multi Netting 4 (MIDS-JTRS CMN-4) terminal, the NorthStar Scientific Link-16 High Power Amplifier (NSS HPA), and the Hybrid-Beyond Line of Sight (H-BLOS) into E-2D aircraft. As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the E-2D aircraft, NGSC is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to provide the required supplies and services.
