Full Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 13 December 2023 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The High Throughput-Screening Laboratory in the Exposure and Biomonitoring Division (EBD), Health Canada has a requirement for Liquid chromatography – Tandem Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) system. The current system is over 15 years old and has insufficient sensitivity. It is also beyond its serviceable lifetime, which means it is vulnerable to being irreparable if it breaks down. Delivery to Ottawa, ON must be on or before March 15, 2024. Bidders must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal.
