This procurement is to select Design-Builder to complete the Little Miami WWTP HRT Facility. This includes a new proposed HRT facility, disinfection facilities, and pump station upgrades. This procurement will be a two-phase process, with a RFQ followed by an RFP for firms that were shortlisted by the selection committee. The selected Design-Builder will provide all analysis to prepare a design (Phase 1) for the proposed Little Miam HRT, Disinfection, and pump station upgrades. After Design (Phase 1) is completed, they will perform bidding services to prepare a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
