AI Contract Overview
Little Rock Air Force Base’s 19th Contracting Squadron, in coordination with the Air Force Installation Contracting Center and APEX Accelerator, is hosting a Hybrid Virtual Industry Day on August 26, 2026, to engage industry partners regarding an upcoming Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) solicitation. The event, taking place both in person at the Jacksonville Community Center in Arkansas and virtually via Microsoft Teams, aims to provide information on the planned Two-Phase Highest Technically Rated Offeror with Fair and Reasonable Price evaluation methodology and to gauge industry interest in serving as a prime contractor. The MACC is expected to include a three-year base period with two optional two-year extensions and a potential six-month service extension, but no formal solicitation has been issued and no proposals are being accepted at this time. Participation in this event is purely informational, and all associated costs are the responsibility of respondents. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management and meet U.S.-ownership requirements to be eligible for future opportunities. Questions must be submitted by August 18, 2026, to a designated group of points of contact, and responses will be compiled ahead of the Industry Day. The official solicitation, if issued, will follow separately and participation in this event will not affect future eligibility.
