Littoral Craft Training Support Service

The Marine Forces Reserve requires contractor-provided instructional services to train U.S. Marine Corps personnel from Littoral Craft Company C and D of the 4th Amphibian Assault Battalion, 4th Marine Division. The scope of work involves providing qualified instructors to deliver training on the operation, maintenance, and tactics of tactical small craft, specifically the 9-meter Multi-Mission Reconnaissance Craft-A and the 35-foot Expeditionary Littoral Craft, as well as secondary craft including the Assault Amphibian Safety Boat, 7m Rigid Inflatable Boat, and Open Water Safety Craft. Training will be conducted at USMC Reserve Training Centers in Tampa, Florida, and Galveston, Texas, along with other temporary duty locations. The contractor must ensure all instructors possess a Secret security clearance, a valid state driver's license, and the ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card. Instruction must adhere to military doctrine NTTP 3-20.6.29M and original equipment manufacturer technical manuals. Performance is monitored via a Performance Requirements Summary and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, with key deliverables including monthly status reports due by the 25th of each month, and final and travel reports due within 14 days of completion. The anticipated period of performance consists of a twelve-month base period with four twelve-month option periods.
