Full Description

At the University of Twente, there is a strong institutional commitment to developing rigorous scientific and technological expertise. However, research and professional practice consistently show that technically sound solutions often fail to be implemented in real-world contexts. Without pedagogical designs that make these dynamics visible and actionable, students remain insufficiently prepared to lead change in professional practice.
This project develops change education across four programs. Concrete outputs such as curriculum modules, teaching materials and manuals, and a transferable toolkit will be developed for (inter)university use to educate our technical change and implementation leaders of the future.
