Title : LL 488 BRIGHTON REAR RANGE TOWER DEMOLITION Summary of scope of work : The following is a summary of the work to be undertaken to demolish the LL 488 Brighton Rear Range tower. The existing rear range is located within a residential neighbourhood in Brighton, 44° 1’ 18.106”N, 77° 43’ 48.572”W. The site is accessible by motor vehicle. Work under this contract includes the following components: • Demolition of the existing steel tower and concrete footings; • Demolition of chain link fence compound surrounding tower; • Returning the site to original condition; • Transportation of demolished goods from the site; • Disposal of all waste at a licensed waste disposal facility.
