The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Thomson Reuters, Marketing, LLC, located at 3 Time Square New York, NY 10036-6564. Thomson Reuters will provide comprehensive database subscription access to the Loan Connector/DealScan for detailed research on global loan data, which will allow the IRS to research a comparable search for related party loans for IRS Large Business & International (LB &I) Business Unit.
