This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) seeks a qualified vendor to partner with FCC in:
Designing and implementing a delivery model that:
provides its customers access to a more comprehensive suite of insurance solutions that meet their diverse needs
enables FCC’s frontline staff to effectively identify customer needs, position relevant offers, and seamlessly refer to external provider
allows FCC to be in compliance with all Canadian laws and regulations, and does not require FCC to collect or store any personal health information
optimizes operational efficiency for FCC’s frontline and back-office employees
continues to be a profit generating offering
