This notice is for an upcoming requirement for Local Area Network (LAN) Installation Service Contract at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and draft Solicitation *NOTE: DRAFT PWS and solicitation may be subject to minor revisions*.



In order to be eligible for award, the prospective offeror must have a current and active registration in SAM.gov and not show any Active Exclusions and not have any Debt Subject to Offset. The offeror must be found responsible in accordance with FAR 9.1 – Responsibility of Prospective Contractor. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.
