Full Description

OVERVIEW The United States Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (the Court) is requesting quotations for local dial tone services and other related facilities, services, and items. The contract will encompass all costs associated with providing digital facilities and local dial tone services and trunks, including monthly recurring charges, usage charges, one-time installation charges, and support for ongoing system maintenance over the life of the contract (up to 60 months). The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, materials, services, equipment and items necessary to perform the requirements and specifications set forth in this contract. All travel expenses shall be included as part of the contract costs. The specified Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) facilities shall be ISDN-PRI, Digital DS1 (T1) with digital Direct Inward Dial (DID) trunks for local switched-voice services. The Court is purchasing new Cisco IP telephone systems for each location. The specified DS1 facilities, with ISDN-PRI signaling and digital trunks will be connected to the new IP telephone systems to provide local and long distance dial tone services for the Court. The Court's telephone system equipment vendor will provide the required CSU equipment. The Contractor shall furnish the services and facilities that are called for in strict accordance with the conditions, requirements, and specifications of this contract, including the incorporated technical proposal of the Contractor, as accepted by the Government. Separate pricing shall be provided for each court locations with a single year (12 month) contract and a five year (60 month) contract.
