Due to contract writing system changes, pre-solicitation number W912ES20T0119 has changed to pre-solicitation number W912ES20Q0005 and is available at the following link: https://beta.sam.gov/opp/1668851f09d3449dbc386ac46e2cd7f6/view The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for the complete roof tear offs and roof replacements at Lock and Dam 3 (LD3). LD3 is located at Mississippi river mile 796.9 in Welch, Minnesota near Red Wing (Goodhue County). The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238160; Roofing Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5M.
