It does not obligate the Government to any contractual action, including issuing a solicitation or awarding a contract. This is a statement that the Government intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) solicitation in the near future. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District will issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) solicitation for a contractor to perform groundwater monitoring services in support of the Grand Encampment Dredge Material Placement Site Unload project along the Zumbro River near Kellogg, MN in Wabasha County. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS 541380 with a size standard of $19 million.
