Lockwood Valley Road Emergency Repairs – MP 1.75 & MP 12.69

The County of Ventura Public Works Agency is soliciting bids for emergency roadway and culvert reconstruction on Lockwood Valley Road at mileposts 1.75 and 12.69. The project involves full reconstruction of approximately 300 linear feet of roadway at MP 1.75, including the installation of rock riprap revetment and road foundation reconstruction, and the replacement of a failed culvert with a new headwall at MP 12.69. Additional work includes minor grading, clearing, hydroseeding, and pavement striping to restore full access to the route.
