The U.S. Census Bureau intends to procure lodging and meeting space in Kansas City, MO. for the CLMSO Data Dissimenation Program Meeting. Lodging required as specified below: - Monday, November 16, 2015 - 64 rooms - Tuesday, November 17, 2015 - 64 rooms - Wednesday, November 18, 2015 - 64 rooms - Thursday, November 19, 2015 - 64 rooms Meeting space and Audiovisual requirements as specified below: General Session - November 17, 18, 19, 2015 Classroom Style for 48 - 2 or 3 to a table, depending on table length &sq ft space A table at the front, next to the podium for a laptop and 2 chairs 15 Extra chairs along the perimeter of the room or at the back 2 Registration tables with skirting, 4 chairs Breakout Rooms: 3 breakout rooms for Wednesday, Nov 18 and Thursday, Nov 19 Hollow square for 12 ppl per room Flipchart/easel, each day A/V only in the General Session on all 3 days: Podium Microphone Projection Screen LCD Projector VGA Cable Power Cord Laptop Sound Patch Wireless Internet 1 Wireless Handheld Microphone Microphone Mixer 1 Power strip at each table 1 Easel with pad and markers Accommodations must have a full service restaurant. The U.S. Census Bureau reserves the right to conduct an on-site inspection of offered facilities. Award will be made on a best value basis in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Lodging rate must be equal to or less than Government per diem rate. All responsible sources that can meet the requirements and provide items as listed above may respond to this solicitation by submitting cost and technical proposal, hotel contract, and descriptive literature to Lisa Safewright via email to lisa.r.safewright@census.gov. All questions must also be sent to said email address. No phone calls will be honored. Vendors must be actively registered in SAM.gov and provide their DUNS# with proposal. Award will be made by Government Purchase Order. Closing date for receipt of proposals is 3pm Eastern Time, July 24, 2015.
