Solicitation #: FA461020Q0025 Project Title: LogRhythm Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06 and DFARS DPN 20200324. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; quotes are being requested in response to this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) FA461020Q0025. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 611420 and Size Standard of $12M apply to this procurement. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with the CLIN structure as reflected in the SF 1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section) The period of performance will be proposed by the offeror but the required training shall occur between 1 August 2020 and 30 September 2020.
